Yeah and Man U had a great big disaster period when they won very little for many years

Obviously Sky and the Prem have changed the rules a bit but the overall failure principle remains the same. The top four now just have more narrow definitions of success and failure.

The 24K thing f**ks me off too. The atmosphere at CR has been pretty poor for the last few seasons and my theory is that it is partly due to too many football 'consumers'. I know the footy has been patchy but so has the support and when we do get behind the team it often has a noticeable effect.

Even worse are the f**kers who make no attempt to sing or support the team and then boo our own players. Booing subs and players who are coming on is just counterproductive. I would rather they f**ked off and we went back to 15K supporters who got behind the team during the game. Or a least just sit there!
