why do cricket fans display flags with their football teams name and colours

I've yet to see a football game on TV with a flag on display with Middlesex county cricket club proudly displayed

And why are all these football fans out of the country while the football season is still in full swing

And will the owner of the NCFC flag in Antigua at the moment be at Carrow rd this saturday (probably more chance of him than some members of this board !)
