There's a lot about tone of voice and attitude; I don't think people started on roeder just becaue of the odd statement - let's face it you could match thousands of post-match managerial interviews and drag out the same sort of speak. Regardless of the results the players seem to want to get something out of it - we are playing for 90 minutes, and that wasn't happening under Roeder.
