A decent summary

Twenty years ago I passed half an exam towards the multitude required to be a qualified bean counter, so I'm not qualified to answer any accounts question in detail.

But saying we made ?600,000 from the catering can be misleading as it doesn't say what cash or capital we had to spend, or tie up to make that ?600,000.

Another thing is what assets of NCFC are tied up in the catering and cannot be realised, eg we can?t sell a brand new kitchen which may have cost ?100,000.

This is where the numbers get more complicated.
