Well not really

what I would say is that now having had a long look at Gow I'm underwhelmed. Bringing back Shackell mystifies and depresses me. I presume that Gunny felt he needed another body at the back and the only way to do it financially was by taking a chunk off whatever Wolves still owe us.
And that was probably our best performance at Preston since relegation. With Sammy in the team I doubt we'd have lost. And I think we are playing better under Gunn than Roeder and have probably picked up one or two extra points.
But we still may not be good enough, particularly if Corty is done for.
And whatever happens we don't have a squad for next season.
It's a bloody mess.
