Cullum says he made no offer to buy anyone's shares.
What he wanted to do was to pay ?20 million for newly-created shares. This meant that the ?20 million would go to NCFC rather than the existing shareholders, and despite Mrs Wynn-Jones's numerous previous statements to the contrary that was not acceptable.
