Lack of Money is one thing

and Delia lacks it. Equally as shocking is absolutely no business plan for the club to get better on the field. When has Delia ever laid out a 3-5 year plan for the club?
The Board are portraying themselves as clueless in how to run a football club and I have no choice but to believe that portrayal.
