Righto. Well, AVG is a product you can get off the internet, but you

download it and it runs on your PC.

There's loads of info about it - just google "AVG help".

If you have got AVG running then in the system tray of your PC - the little set of icons on the bottom right of the screen near the clock - shoud have an AVG icon in it. It's a square made up of four quarters coloured blue, red, green and yellow. Double clicking on that should bring up the AVG window.

It's quite easy to set up and that.
