Not really is the simple answer as the two issues are on different computers. You see, my IE doesn't appear to work any more on this computer as I just get a white screen. So I use firefox.

The problem with the can't even get in with safe mode was actually on another computer and the only solution people on here came up with was to reinstall your whole operating system. That seemed to work and for some reason everything on the comp wasn't lost, like I thought it would be.

However I know little about computers and you should perhaps ask others on here before going ahead with that.
