I've come to the conclusion over the last few years that all this never stops

because the elite don't want it to, because the elite do it on mass, get away with it on mass, and they run football

This is why the respect campaign doesn't and won't work, and the reason why technology won't be brought in, because it will be the top teams that won't get the decisions anymore. Why would the elite want something in that ruins their "little" favours

They like it just the way it is with the refs on first name terms
