The whole programme has changed direction completely but I guess that is to be expected after 4 seasons. The main draw for me was "where the hell are they?" and "will they ever get off?" and "who are those other people living there?"

All of that's been answered (apart from where are they? but we sort of know they are somewhere hidden) so the appeal is wearing off a bit. To have them get off and then need to come back makes it all a bit annoying. So for me, season 3 was the end, the rest just filling in time before we find out where they really are.

P.S Was my favourite episode of season 5 so far.
