Kin ell - give him a chance! I think he has done very well so far!

We are bottom of the table for a reason - managerial bounces rarely last for more than two or three games, so it'll take a bit of time to get us out of it.

Here are a few reasons I can come up with:

1. The players are playing for him. The 10 man effort for 45 mins (about 70% possession I reckon) was immense.

2. The fans are willing him to succeed. Dont underestimate the opposite effect this had for the Roeder regime.

3. He has appointed a smart team. He knows he is not the master tactician, so he has addressed those gaps well, in my opinion.

4. He is honest. He wont bury his head in the sand and become entrenched with his management team, a la Roeder. I think he'll hold his hands up if it is not working.

5. He has made some good signings. Round pegs, round holes...
