Think We are Coming at This From Different Places

You are trying to spare the player's egos and confidence because you think that's what leads to results. I feel players are getting a good wage to go out there with confidence and focus because they are professionals and that is what professionals do. We differ. Probably both a bit right and both a bit wrong. All I know is we are teetering and even though there is a nicer feel around the club, feelings aren't going to keep us up. Hope Davies is the answer.
