To be fair to D'Urso, the lino gave the penalty decision first

I sit right behind where the lino was standing at the time. He had his flag up well before D'Urso gave the decision. I saw D'Urso look over to him and then he blew his whistle.

D'Urso obviously assumed it was in the area though
