Did have to have one of those sorts of words with a mate a few years ago.

Mate got introduced to a friend-of-a-friend, and they ended up getting engaged within a couple of months. Complicated by the fact that he lived here and she lived just north of Dallas, Texas.

So I had "that word" with him, which essentially went: "Look son, you've been through a dry patch recently, are you sure you're not just c**t-struck and this is going to wear off in six months?" (I really am a sensitive f**ker when I want to be).

But they're still together a few years later, with a couple of kids, living in Texas, so he looks like he knew what he was doing.
