I cannot help but look at athleticism. You can coach a good athlete to be competent with his feet (e.g. Ashley Cole), but you can't coach someone with good feet to be an athlete (e.g Peter Crouch).

Best athlete I saw for us recently was Jurgen Colin. Shame the rest was a bit s**t.
