On form this season he probably would, Chelsea game aside he has been very poor

Last season he was excellent, did you see how shocking he was when Gerrard went off last night?

If you look at his goalscoring record before joining Liverpool he had never scored 20 in a season, Benitez playing Gerrard behind him has really got the best out of him.

WOuld he currently get a start ahead of Tevez, Rooney (when fit) or Berbatov?! I doubt it.
