...I simply didn't have time to get over to you, I'm sure a lot of Nodge fans had similar issues. With taking time off work or going straight from the school run I'm sure time meant that going to find a pub was a luxury too far especially as the ground sold beer. I only came from Chesterfield but I had to pick my brother up from the railway station at 6:15 and then head up, parked up for about 7 and a 10 minute walk to the ground meant I couldn't get over to you. I think had the match been a Saturday afternoon more fans would have been there in better time and your pub would have been filled to the rafters with Nodge fans.
