We have a chap here at work who is leaving. We are a bit short staffed and the management have said they'd prefer not to lose anyone. However, since he joined last year, he has turned out to be pretty average at his job. He's really only good at one thing and has had quite a bit of time off sick. He moved here from the Midlands and didn't move his family, who he misses. Anyway, he has been given the chance to move to a company near his home and is taking the opportunity. It means we can now look for somebody who might fir in better.
Question is, should we be asking for the resignation of the management board on the basis that they are a lieing, cheating, self promoting bunch of f**kwits who are deliberately trying to destroy the company?
