Got to do something with the old ugly Arlington site.

If there were still places like the Grove Stores going, that it would potentially damage, then I'd be opposed (not that I've lived near there for the past 13 years, but you know what I mean), but since they got replaced by f**king Budgens (or whoever it is) then f**k 'em.
