steven in the netherlands

my phone contract is up and i am thinking of changing (because I can) what would one recommend please? I know next to f**k all about mobile phones other than my mate is now sporting one of those dangleberry storms which looked quite groovy but some limited interest GIYLFing has revealed that they are a bit temperamental. I use a mobile mainly for the (weird I know) purposes of talking to people. Camera on a phone is of no use really nor is erm, anything else other than the tinternet for getting emails overseas. any advice will be most gratefully appreciated. cost not an issue.
