Roeder's results were unacceptable

The reasons behind them were irrelevant in a results business. You just can't keep losing at home and away and expect the crowd to take your attitude of "well he's building for the future and the players he's brought in suggest he's gonna be good in a few years" - It just isn't going to happen.
