not happy about these spinoffs which seem sometimes to be owned by the club and sometimes not. I suppose it's standard business practice but it doesn't quite fit with the transparency we're always hearing about. Not sure whether they're used to house losses, house profits, provide a way of paying people off the main salary bill etc etc.
