Targets innit

Actually to a point Plod has a point. Cyclists are the first to moan about car drivers cutting them up on the roads; but they're quite happy to weave in and out of pedestrians and to jump lights.

So long as they're also taking seriously the more difficult crimes then I don't have too much problem with them having a word with a few cyclists and handing out free lights.
