I think the board has got it right this time.

It would have been easy to appoint a proven manager
(probably with plenty of failures on his CV)
The club would have to commit to a long term contract with the manager and team.

IMHO most of the decent managers are currently in work so whats the point of rushing in to appoint someone long term just because thats all thats out there.

All the names suggested had some problems.

I think Bryan is willing to listen to the ideas/advice of the whole backroom team he has put together.

The major plus for me is it actually feels good to have a management team who genuinely care about Norwich City Football Club.

Lets face it GR and his coaches looked upon NCFC as a stepping stone if we are honest.

Most other managers from the outside (like an Ince) probably will think the same.

The fact that the appointment is just till the end of the season makes perfect sense.
The whole team is focused on one thing.
Keeping us in this division.

Bryan may lack experience but nobody can question his passion and commitment to the club.

As we saw against Barnsley that can take you a long way.
