United - Glazer etc
This could be a disaster for us and other smaller clubs. Glazer's aim is to make money. It is fairly widely accepted that the Man U marketing machine has pretty much reached saturation. It is unlikely that much money could be made in the States. The only likely direction to go to generate the money he is after would be by making seperate tv rights. If this happened the arsenals and chelseas would follow suit possibly resulting in a similar situation to ITV Digital because Sky will only pay the money they have been if they continue to get the whole league. I sincerely hope that he doesnt succeed in getting 75% + 1 share.
