Couldn't agree more...

Having had a chance to think about the news, I had come to the same conclusion as you. Potentially the perfect blend for us in the present circumstances.

I'd like to think the Board analysed the competencies required and then looked at finding the right combination of people to perform against them (well I am an HR person!) but, I suspect it was more a question of 'Who is available, has an NCFC connection and we can afford...?'

Either way, we have a management team of legends that I for one will give 100% support and, judging by Mumby's comments this morning (apparently Rusty dragged him into the changing room on Saturday and told him the players wanted Gunny!!) the players will too.
