Yes. Its easy to cry 'experience' then when you get one start pointing out their failures.
Experience for us means experience of f**king up at least once and getting sacked.
Been there done that.
I'd have liked a guy whos' done it before however, but at least this team will be desperate to suceed for US not for the themselves.
