(i) We can't afford to pay compensation for anyone already contracted (unless there is some mysterious benefactor). This would rule out any manager who has a manager's job at present.
(ii) We can't afford to pay a high salary, nor can we promise any funds for transfers. Also a Norfolk connection is apparently deemed necessary. That would appear to rule just about everyone else out apart from someone already employed by the club.
(iii) Unless someone knows something different.
