I agree with what you are saying

but transport comes into this aswell, its easy to get a train to Watford and Palace. Southampton and Burnley etc people have to drive. I ended up driving all round the country over the past 2 years, as most of my mates will go if they can have a beer (train or me driving) but wont if they have to drive themselves.
