Am I the only one who thinks Greeno wasn't at fault?

I havn't read the board over the weekend but it never occured to me that anyone would blame Greeno for that. From the replays, he threw the ball out to Hucks, Hucks had control of it and time to do something with it but then he lost it. And shouldn't our defence be able to defend a ball into the box. Why was Fleming just standing there with his arm in the air instead of trying to stop Johnson scoring? Green may be partly to blame but Hucks and the defence more at fault I would say.
