Why do people keep saying who could we get who'd do a better job than Roeder?

Is it because no-one ever suggests who this miracle worker might be?

What mystifies me is how it is all Roeder's fault when, for example, the scouting system has been letting us down since 2000. But I guess that's just me being thick and the dilatoriness of the non-executive directors has nothing to do with it.
