I think he's very much a right place, right time person

He came in to the club young, showed the promise to get promoted to a high position at an early age and has made this his life and expertise, so is pretty much a rare breed so would be attractive for the FA.
However I also think there is some naivety in his doings which come from the sole business focus and relative youth plus being steered by a relatively naive board, and that's where we've suffered.
