The key differences, besides the one you mentioned:

1. Bellamy played well for two Champions League clubs - Newcastle and Liverpool - whereas Bentley managed one League match for Arsenal before being cast off.

2. Bellamy would never have turned out a display like Bentley's at Fulham, or most of the other times Bentley played for us without a camera on him.

3. Bellamy has done well at international level.

4. I wouldn't shoot Bellamy in the face and/or spine.
