agree 100% its not about being.............

happy clappy its about the state of the club and where its going.

Sure its about results, we all agree on that.

Should we be a little higher in the table based on our overall perfromances, probably yes.
We have shown we can compete with teams who are thumping teams above us.

Those supporting GR are not happy clappy but looking at the big picture.
What is another guy going to do.

If you think GR has done a bad job of bringing in players then a new manager cant change that because we are broke.

GR is not perfect, nobbody is saying that.
I hated the Russell thing today but to be fair it almost worked against a team that everybody thought we would lose to anyway.
If we would have drawn people would have raved about it being a great result.

If we were constantly being outplayed and showing no heart then I can understand people wanting GR out.
Thats just not the case.
GR has made some mistakes but he has also done some good stuff too.
You can tell from his interviews that he cares a lot about winning football matches.
