I refuse to believe any player who comes down to Norwich, sees the city, training ground, the staff etc. would not sign.

You're probably right, Scott Parker would probably go to Everton, or a team like that, but there is no reason (if the wages are realistic) we cant get players teams like Birmingham, Fulham, Charlton and Portsmouth are in for....

All depending we stay up, which could go either way right now!!!
