...The Droylsden keeper put the ball out, Jack Lester then spoke to the keeper putting his hands in the air indicating he would be kicking it to the goalkeeper rather than out for a throw. The keeper flapped and it went in, eventually the game restarted and to the chesterfield fans disgust Droylsden were allowed to score from kick off, I think the right call was made but the home fans were mad. There was also a lot of coin throwing at the keeper to which myself and the dozen or so that were with me had to shout at the lads that were doing it, the stewards, despite the keeper giving them a couple of coins did nothing!
The keeper also threw the ball straight into the disabled area at Saltergate before the goal, which incensed the Kop even more, but those of us who aren't knuckle dragging morons saw that he didn't mean to, he went over at full time (half an hour later) and apologised in person to them, he didn't celebrate when either of their goals went in but received foul treatment from some very stooooopid youngsters
