I think some fans need to wake up to the fact that we aren't a big team in the championship anymore, we can not expect to make the play-offs. I know I'll get abuse saying that "I lack ambition and that I should be "I'm happy with this" and "we deserve better" but we have to be realistic. We have no money. Who else can we get in? With Roeder I feel there is just a chance we will turn good if you give him some time, the squad he has put together on our budget is pretty impressive and I honestly think there's serious potenial, it parts we have played the best football in years this season, we just lack confidence and it has not helped having our defense reshaped most games, I'm sure that's why some of the misunderstandings at the back have come from. If we get rid of him we stand every chance of going through a series of managers and going down. Still with him!
