Have any of you telephoned a patient at the new N & N hospital lately ?

Fuggern warz.

Starts off warning you it costs 49p per minute LOCAL. I of course am using a mobile phone from Holland so no idea how bloody expensive that would be, then babbles on for (and I timed it) 4.5 minutes explaining all sorts of additional costs you should check that you may or may not incur, what will happen when your call is connected, and that if you call for more than 5 minutes you will earn that patient 1 hr "free" TV usage.

Cheeky bastards.

Then it went to voicemail anyway as it turns out they'd just disconnected it. Fuckers.
