shame - I'm feeling quite positive about it and I can take a lot of positives from that

feeling, after all noone can question my commitment or workrate in retaining that feeling - it's not just about that feeling, it's about me as a whole and with the sort of unity and togetherness I sense within myself I'm sure I can move on from here and do well
