...On Look North last night they were saying that it would be very hard for a criminal case to be made as proving intent would be hard, how about Morgan looked at Hume then didn't jump for the ball (so there was no reason for him to swing his arms to propel himself) and caught him square in the face. If they could prove intent in the real world he'd be doing a stretch, without intent he'd still be charged and get community service, just shows that yet again footballers or "celebrities" getting away with things that you or I would be jailed for.
