Haven't seen Hughes play yet...

but it was apparent that the fans for some reason took a bit of a dislike to him before he'd even kicked a ball for us, just because of a few comparisons to Holt(who was brill for us in this div and good prem players dont neccessarily make good championship players) . So is it possible that this negative attitude torwards Hughes has filtered down to the player and now he is trying too hard to impress, it could be a theory! I personally cant see where the spark is going to come from in this mid so how about playing Marney inside with Safri and Hendo(who gets some good crosses in e.g colchester pre-season) on the right? Thoughts?
