Might cause us a problem at the minute, but then all teams would have to play by the same rules so it would impact others.
Its not just the loons, even if we'd bought all 9 they still wouldn't qualify.
Would impact most teams I would have thought, with the major exception being forest of course.
I like it, I really do.
Limits the impact of cash, cause no matter how much you spend, you still HAVE to have younger ones in there.
However, i'd amend the rule to being registered for a couple of years prior to 18. That way a player you buy at 18 doesn't count as homegrown when he hits 21.
