There has GOT to be an improvement in the atmosphere at CR. It's like a f**king library at the moment. I don't buy the "we need something to shout about" stuff; we need the Barclay to be full of headcase mentalists who sing and chant ALL THE TIME, who take noise production as a personal challenge. I think season tickets in the Barclay should be made conditional on a PROMISE to make lots of noise with performance being monitored by CCTV. Each block of say 20 seats should be allocated a songmeister who urges on those around to make noise and reports them if they don't. Songmeisters get half price tickets.

OK that's a frivolous idea but CR is f**king DEAD these days. Lots and lots of mindless noise even (in fact especially) if we're playing badly. Noise noise noise.
