Well ...
Benjo is a (fairly uncouth) word for toilet (sort of like kahzi or bog), but bento is a 'lunch-in-a-box'. They use different Kanji for the 'ben' part, so I suppose it depends on how you are spelling 'ben'. Although benri (which uses the same Kanji character as benjo) means 'is convenient' - so maybe that has more to do with toilet (convenience) than 's**t'.
Or I could be wrong.
