Could've swore I heard on the radio that the 15% VAT thing could only happen after
a general election? Something about manifesto promises.
Surely changing VAT rates with seven days notice is mental mental chicken oriental? What if you've just ordered a s**tload of invoice stationary with "17.5%" on it?
