And aren't they in a position to renew at various points at discounted rates, child rates, student rates etc

If you're question was, ST start at ?500 for the season regardless of when you renew, and they are ?250 for kids and students/oaps etc, then I think many fans would rethink and the crowd would significantly drop

Cullum could come in and revamp all this, and he would be in the perfect position to say "it's for the good of the club and means the best players can come here" etc etc
