When you talk about work, I can't help but think we mirror the same thing
In that, you obviously don't mind your work, so in that sense, you take responsibility, and all you expect from others, it to put a little bit of what you do in too
But in general, people like the rub of the green, and if they know you're doing it all the time, they're happy. If you try and share the weight around, they almost (or do, do this), do what you asked, wrong, on purpose. And they do so, to the point where you get the message and stop asking them to do what they don't want to
I sometimes wonder if you're like me, cos you sound inbetween a boss, but on the same level as the people you work with. But it never feels like you're on the side of either
That's how I've been in my job for a while anyways
It's like you're praised for showing initiative and being responsible, but then everything responsible is put on you
Have I got that totally wrong?
