but I'd say he was confronted by a very frustrated football fan. If I'd been MWJ, I'd probably have said "I know, s**t second half wasn't it, but we're doing our best. If you really want to take it back some people might want to buy it from you - or you can speak to the people at the ticket office".

I'd have had a chat with him. But our hierarchy don't seem to want to listen to the fans when things aren't going well.
