It's bad enough

watching poor football and paying quite a lot to do so when the team is managed by a man who has done very good things for the club but lost the plot, like Worthington.

It's bad enough when the manager is a naive novice with no idea, like Grant.

But when the football's crap, the club is paying lots of money (when we actually have very little) to loanees AND the manager is an arrogant, egotistical, massively over-rated tactical incompetent who is actually rude to the supporters it's time for something to be done.
